At the beginning of the 2022 financial year, Richard Woschitz expands his management with the long-standing employees Dietmar Ronach (RWT), Paul Track (RWT), Thomas Oberger (DWP) and Christoph Bauer (Woschitz Group).
Dietmar Ronach, one of Woschitz's first companions, with over 20 years of professional experience as a structural engineer with a great deal of architectural sensitivity in all disciplines of materials, strengthens the RWT management team. With Paul Track, an innovative building physicist is supporting the RWT management team. Thomas Oberger, as an experienced and solution-oriented structural engineer, supports the management at DWP. Christoph Bauer has gained a lot of experience in handling research projects over the past few years. Above all, he has built up comprehensive know-how in relation to the funding landscape. He is also responsible for the entire IT management of all locations.
Woschitz is very happy about the growth and the strengthening of competence. In particular, the strengthening of interdisciplinarity and the distribution of management responsibility over several shoulders should strengthen sustainability and the knowledge base in the company and at the same time create space for creative growth and innovation. The aim is to further expand the market position through targeted, strategic measures in all areas. The expansion of the management team is intended to contribute to continued stable company growth in the long term and in a sustainable manner, with a keen eye on the needs of business partners and the entire industry.
