TimXtend offers a pioneering solution for cantilevered balconies in multi-story timber construction. Together with our partners Leviate and Rothoblaas We have developed a modular system that enables the secure connection of reinforced concrete balconies to solid wood ceilings – sustainable, efficient and in accordance with standards.

Thanks to the newly developed system connection, reinforced concrete balcony slabs can be connected to solid timber ceilings with a free cantilever for the first time. The result is a weather-resistant balcony component that meets the fire protection requirements of multi-story residential buildings while simultaneously allowing the remaining building structure to be constructed entirely from timber.
