Vineyard Gager

The building, which is stylishly integrated into the town center, combines a wealth of different functional areas under the characteristic tin roof shaft. Winery, tasting rooms and gastronomy find here an appealing setting. The simplicity and clarity of the entire operation has been incorporated into the design. It was chosen a simple and clear Ortbetonbauweise. In order to achieve the greatest possible freedom of support in the ground floor zone, the loads were removed via the overlying supporting wall slices, which also function as apartment partitions. The barrique cellar forms a simple column-beam-ceiling construction.

This project was implemented by RWTplus, a member of the WOSCHITZ GROUP.
