Living near Meidlinger Markt
The new construction of the residential development “Zeleborgasse / Vivenotgasse” in 1120 Vienna was implemented with Liv Immobilienvermarktung GmbH as the client. The seven-storey building was constructed in a low-energy design. The rooftop community terrace offers a unique view over Vienna.
Architect Peter Rogl from Silberpfeil Architects designed 38 different sized apartment units, ranging from compact two-room and three-room flats with 41 – 85 square metres of floor space, excluding open spaces, to attic flats with a terrace.
The property was built in a reinforced concrete solid construction with an underground car park. The basement was provided with vibration insulation measures to the underground railway street in the Vivenotgasse.
The energy class B (heating requirement) was achieved through the design of a thermal-energetic high-quality building envelope.
The client of the project was Liv Immobilienvermarktung GmbH. The Silberpfeil Architects office is responsible for the architectural design. RWT plus ZT GmbH contributed with its services in the field of building physics. Woschitz Engineering ZT GmbH contributed with the structural design. Both companies are members of the Woschitz Group.
