Residential Complex Zehnergürtel - Woschitz Group

Residential Complex Zehnergürtel

A new residential complex consisting of 27 residential units enriches the municipality of Wiener Neustadt. The appearance of the residential complex is characterised by cantilevered loggias a surrounding terrace on the last floor and French windows.

The residential complex is founded on a foundation plate under the basement, where the car park for the private cars of the users is situated. The ceiling between the basement and the ground floor bears the load of the above-ground floors. It provides the load change by a 45 cm (17,1 inch) girder-less floor slab. The four above-ground residential floors are built in solid construction. The load-bearing walls are made of bricks or reinforced concrete. The floor slabs are made from reinforced concrete element ceilings. The staircase’s core and the wall panels which separate the individual apartments provide the horizontal bracing of the building. Each residential unit on the ground floor is adjacent to a small private garden. The apartments on the first and second floor are provided with cantilevered loggias. Each residential unit on the top floor has its terrace.

The site owner of the residential complex was Gemeinnützige Bau- und Wohnungsgenossenschaft für Mödling reg. Gen. mbH.H. The architectural design was provided byBaumeister Josef Panis GmbH & Co KG . Two companies of the Woschitz Group also participated in the construction. DWP ZT GmbH was responsible for the structural design. Woschitz Engineering ZT GmbH was in charge of the technical building equipment.
