OEBF office building

The building is a mixed construction of timber construction and solid building. The two basements are used as garage and for the technique of the building and lie about 4 meters in groundwater. The first floor is a ferroconcrete solid construction and the other floors are timber constructions. The building has a big atrium which is closed with a glass roof. The upper floors are supported by staircase-cores. The opening levels and the glass roof in the atrium are supported by multi-floored wood-columns.
