During the renovation of the historic riding school in Grafenegg, the new Rudolf Buchbinder Hall is being built.
The topping-out ceremony, opened by State Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner and Pianist Rudolf Buchbinder, marked a significant construction progress.
The reinterpretation of the riding school is based on the design of Architects Maurer & PartnerThe hall, which can accommodate approximately 500 guests, will be relocated to the upper floor and will feature state-of-the-art technology, a coffered roof design, and large windows with views of the palace grounds.
A special highlight is the roof construction: wooden trusses and convexly curved solid wood elements create excellent acoustics, prevent disturbing effects and enable an optimal listening experience.
Our services for this important project include Building Physics and the Structural engineering.
