The topping-out ceremony for the ÖSW project "An der Mandelallee" in Eisenstadt Kleinhöflein was recently celebrated. This marked an important milestone in the construction progress of the residential building project.
In an idyllic location amidst vineyards, 16 high-quality semi-detached and detached houses are being built. The project focuses on sustainable energy solutions, high-quality prefabricated brick construction, and a sophisticated energy concept with an air-to-water heat pump, thermally activated building components, and external sun protection. Occupancy is planned for early 2027.
