The topping-out ceremony for the BRIO project at the Neues Landgut estate took place. The client, ÖSW, is implementing the project in collaboration with PORR and the architectural firms Dietrich Untertrifaller and PLOV.

A special feature is the serial prefabrication: the facade was already assembled at the topping-out ceremony, an advancement that was rarely achieved at that time.
